It should be possible though for them to see them so they can then also be copied over into personal portfolios if a template was created. To replicate: 1. Set up a group where only administrators can create and edit content. 2. Add another person into the group who is not an administrator. 3. Create a page and add a cover image. 4. Log in as the regular group member. Expected result: They can see the cover image on the group's 'Pages and collections' overview page. Actual result: They can't see the cover image.
