Both LTI 1.1 and LTI Advantage have hard coded strings instead of using
'get_string' for labels and descriptions that are shown in the test
client. Lang strings should be used instead though like we do for other
functions found at module/webservice/functions/mahara_user_external.php

Both LTI 1.1 and LTI Advantage have hard coded strings instead of
