Bug description:
The following features reference "Registered people" in the share
selector. This value currently doesn't appear to be present.
The tests:
* user_content/site_page_with_template_blocks.feature
* user_content/adding_pages_collection.feature
* user_content/adding_journals_to_institution.feature
* social/share_page.feature
Running the tests manually and adding "And I insert breakpoint" prior
to the test lets us examine the field. The value is indeed absent
from these selectors.
