Behat: And I follow "Home" - Nested folders images

Bug description:
In the user_content/nested_folders_images.feature test I consistently
fail on the following step.
> And I follow "Home"
Adding a breakpoint step and running with the following I am able to
see that Home is indeed not visible.
> ./mahara_behat.sh rundebug
user_content/nested_folders_images.feature
Adding the following just before the failing step resolved this for
me.
> And I scroll to the base of id "files_filebrowser_foldernav"
There are 2 places the failing step appears. Check lines 32 and 54.
