Title: Profile icon not displayed correctly when there is no language toggle Status in Mahara 20.10 series: Fix Released Status in Mahara 21.04 series: Fix Released Bug description: When you don't have additional languages installed on your Mahara site, the language toggle is not displayed on the dashboard. That pulls the profile icon from the 'Account menu' to the left.
