Title: Make the 'Access denied' message more noticeable Status in Mahara 20.10 series: Fix Released Status in Mahara 21.04 series: Fix Released Bug description: The 'Access denied' message is not noticeable as a warning message. It should have some additional indicator that something is wrong. To test: 1. Create a page. Do not share it with another person. 2. Copy the link to the page. 3. Log in as another person and go to the page. Expected result: See screenshot (here the Maroon theme is displayed) Actual result: No visual indicator of it as warning message. We still need to test what it looks like when there is another custom message below the general 'Access denied' message.
