At Mahara 22.04 main, we can see the description in the 'Pages and Collections' screen but page descriptions are still unseen and are only metadata at this point.

The collection description is plain text whereas the page description isn't and thus could contain a whole lot more than just text. I would not turn the collection description field into TinyMCE anymore as we don't need the description to contain content like in the past for pages to allow for ta top banner. Possibilities are: - Hover over the description and show the full description - little chevron to expand it (wouldn't really work on "Pages and collections" though) - ?
