Title: Add 'Embedded URLs' to the developer menu Status in Mahara: Fix Committed Bug description: in bug #1856824 we introduced a URL conversion tool that is currently a hidden page. We should add it to the admin menu under 'Development', call it 'Update URLs', and place it below 'Style guide' in alphabetical order.
