Tested on main
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add education history entry with 1 attachment
2. Add employment history entry with 1 attachment.
3. Export "All my data"
4. Delete both education and employment history entries
5. Import the downloaded zip file
Expected outcome:
- Education and employment sections populated with exported information,
including attachments
Actual outcome:
- Text information is populated, but attachments are put into the files area
