choose how to download Mahara. It doesn't directly go to Launchpad.

Can't download Mahara from main download button on Mahara.org

Bug description:
Tested on Chromium and Firefox
Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit mahara.org
2. Click the 'Download' menu item
3. Click the yellow 'Download' button
Expected outcome:
- Taken to launchpad site to download
Actual outcome:
- no response
However, the download link next to the Github and Gitlab preview links
is working.
