Translation issue: Czech - two strings on dashboard not translated

Bug description:
Tested on Chromium and Firefox
To replicate:
1. Install Czech language pack: sudo -u www-data php
htdocs/admin/cli/sync_langpacks.php -l=cs
2. Select Czech language from dropdown and log in
See attached screenshot which shows the strings that have not been
translated.
