Either tinyMCE or HTMLpurifier is stripping out aria rules around icon
visibility when they are added to tinyMCE.
For example, I'd like to be able to use:
Click the 'Edit block' icon <span class="icon icon-pencil-alt
icon-lg left" aria-hidden="true"> </span> on the 'Plan' block.
But when saving a text block or instruction field, 'aria-hidden="true"'
is stripped out. Therefore, I can't indicate to screenreaders that they
shouldn't bother with the icon.
