Bug description:
Docker readmefile has incorrect commands for db refresh and restore
'make docker-database-refresh' should be changed to 'make docker-db-
refresh'
'make docker-database-restore' should be changed to 'make docker-db-
restore'
Also, a note that points to the 'Makefile' in the mahara directory to
find available docker commands would be great.
