Matching subscriptions: mahara-contributors https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1964424 Title: LTI submission groups should have 'submittableto' be true Status in Mahara: In Progress Bug description: When we first added LTI to the system it would make groups with 'submittableto' set as false and this caused problems with submitting / grading portfolios in those groups. So we then made the default for 'submittableto' to be true when groups are made via LTI. But we didn't fix up any existing groups.
