Repeated ids on SmartEvidence editor page

Scanning the page with axe Dev Tools revealed there are two places
where two elements have the same id on the SmartEvidence editor page
The <ul> element which holds the tab headings in the 'Short name' section has
the id 'Standard'.
The <div> below this that holds the text fields has this same id.
The same goes for the 'Standard elements' section.
