Title: Save authinstance associated with file_upload webservice Status in Mahara: Fix Committed Bug description: When uploading a file through webservices, note which authinstance to use as one username could be linked to multiple institutions. - Add a dropdown select in the 'Configure token' form to select 'authinstance' when the service group that the token is for has the function 'file_upload' as part of its available functions.
