The difficulty here could be the double assignment because the file name
itself is a link and needs to be clickable while at the same time also
being draggable.

Allow people to drag files into folder by filename, not just icon

Bug description:
I struggled for quite a while clicking and dragging on the filename to
try and put it into a folder I'd created. This probably creates
frustration and confusion for people when trying to organise their
folders, as they will be used to the Google/Microsoft conventions
which allow you to drag the filename.
I think we should use this convention for consistency, especially
since dragging and dropping is our only option for file organisation.
