Hi Andreas,
I couldn't replicate this problem on https://demo.mahara.org, which runs
on Mahara 22.04. Can you please give it a go there yourself with your
workflow not that I've missed something?

same jpeg-image is only shown in one textfield

Bug description:
I uploaded an image to my file area in mahara 22.04.2.
Then I ad this image in a textfield and the image is visible in the page.
No I add a second textfield an I add the same file to this field, but this
image is NOT shown.
The link differs only in the text id
1. image file=123456&view=543210&embedded=1&text=1371137
2. image file=123456&view=543210&embedded=1&text=1371641
3. image file=123456&view=543210&embedded=1&text=1371642
In the tinymce editor the image is visible but the url is without
&view=543210.
