It depends. If someone copies their own portfolio, then yes, it should
behave like any artefact. However, if someone else copies the portfolio,
a proper copy needs to be made.

Bug description:
Artefacts, e.g. images, in page instructions replicate when the page
is copied, these should create a new reference entry and remain
pointing to the same artefact.
To replicate;
* Create a Page with View Instructions that include an embedded image.
* Copy the Page
* Check the reference to the image in the instructions on both copies
