Profile image used in image block gives errors

Bug description:
When I do the following:
1) add a profile image to a person's account
2) create a page
3) add an image block to the page and pick the profile image
See the following errors:
Undefined variable: isdecorative
Undefined variable: alttext
Undefined variable: altiscaption
