This should be less confusing now. We've removed the quoted message
from the reply text box, and displayed all the messages in the 'thread'
above the text box.

Bug description:
When a message is received and opened the message is shown in the reply box.
Some users think that they should press the Reply button and then type in their
response but the reply button actually sends the message.
Email programs usually have a reply -> type in message -> send sequence.
If this could be replicated it would avoid the confusion.
