Bug description:
Clicking the TinyMCE image button when editing a blog post opens an insert
image form on the page below the editor.
We should go back to using something closer to the original TinyMCE inline
image popup, but modified to use the drop-down on our current form which lists
the attached images (the TinyMCE popup has a url field instead I think).
