Bug description:
As per Heinz, they're not translated at the moment, possibly because of the
fact that errors could be triggered and handled before the language stuff is
loaded. It might be possible to make them translatable, perhaps by a small
wrapper function for the language strings that takes the name of a string in
the language pack to use if that's available, and an english string to use
otherwise.
