Bug description:
This probably goes against the grain of an ePortfolio/social networking system,
but it has been raised by a school user that it might be useful to have a
facility to lock friends control to 'New friends require my authorisation'. The
reason being to encourage responsible use with young learners on this system
and good practice around accepting 'friends' on the web.
