It is not very clear that you have to drag the folder / file icon in order to move a file / folder. We discovered that by accident only. It says so on top now (earlier it just read "To move a file or folder, drag and drop it onto a folder.") but it is still not so clear. Maybe already adding "folder or file icon" could be an idea.
