Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Fix Released

Bug description:
They can only be found by their preferred name, which kind of makes sense if
it's a student doing the search, but staff should always be able to find other
users by real name.

I'm not even sure that this should apply to students. It does make sense in as
far as: they can't see real names of other users who have a preferred name so
therefore they shouldn't be able to search on them either. However, if the user
they are trying to find has used an obscure nickname that the user doing the
search isn't aware of, it could make it very difficult for these users to find
each other.

Perhaps we need a forum debate on this?
