Bug description:
Verified on master using both chrome and firefox.
When submitting feedback to a blog post, I have the option to attach a file,
however selecting a file seems to upload the file on form post so no feedback
is given.
Possibly related (since if you have no files, you can't include them), the
Image insert dialogue (TinyMCE) differs from the main blog post one in that you
can't include an image from an attachment. This may be a separate bug but I
won't report it until the uploads work in case it isn't.
