Feature request: Resume/CV Printing

Bug description:
The 'My Resume' page would benefit from a Print button so the user could
print their CV out. Ideally they would select the sections for printing, and
select from a few standard CV templates. (Pls excuse my interchangeable
terminology, we use the term 'CV' in the UK!)
I would value a discussion on the effort estimated to implement as we have an
opportunity to secure funding for this later in 2010.
