Kristina, Do you really think we should change the group members page (and block) to order by last name when many other user listings elsewhere in mahara are ordered by first name or display name (find friends, admin user search, my friends block)? It would create quite a bit of inconsistency.

I think it would be good to have an alphabetical listing of group members (admin can stay as the first if that is important) to make it easier to find group members esp. in larger groups. The listing should be according to their last name and then their first name.
