group Group info string is not visible till blocks is inserted

Bug description:
Hi,
while playing with mahara 1.4 I noticed that the title for the group
info Block is not displayed.
If you edit the group homepage it showes [No title]
The string is visible if you insert the block manually [Group Info]
and shows when saving is doen.
It would be cool if there is a way to edit the string during
configuration ;-)
