Member settings don't display

Bug description:
Since you changed some things in the group member block, it get the
following bug :
1) Create a new group or go to an already existing group
2) Edit the Group's Home Page
3) Click on the Settings button for the Members block
Mahara displays nothing and the Loading... message stays forever
