This is an odd bug, which I'm not sure if it might be a feature not a
bug...
It seems that if you are an admin (site admin, not group admin), then the home
page shows up in the list,
but if you are not a site admin (but could be a group admin), then the home
page doesn't show up in the list.
As far as I can tell from a quick hunt round, this is the only place
where this causes an issue.

Bug description:
When you select "Yes" for "Display group pages" on the group homepage,
the group homepage itself should not show up. That is superfluous and
suggests that it may a different page.
