comment are in order, and then confirm that master.dev is still
revealing real names and usernames in user search?

Bug description:
In user searches, the full name and login is displayed to regular
users despite the fact that a display name as been chosen. This should
be fixed because only the display name should be shown. If a user does
not have a display name it would be the real name, but never the login
name.
