Geoff Rowland suggested this: "How about using 'secret' RSS feeds
similar to the existing 'secret' URLs in Mahara and the secret RSS feeds
in Moodle 2.0"
We should make sure that these "secret feeds" can be revoked and
recreated (for example if one is accidentally disclosed).
This is different from adding external feeds requiring authentication in
the Mahara external feeds block, as described in bug #740326.
