Blank fields shown in Resume

Bug description:
When the 'Personal Information' section of a Resume is included in a
view, all the fields are displayed even if no data has been entered.
Only the fields that have been filled in should be included.
(In the U.K., and I think also in the rest of the E.U., date of birth
and marital status should not be included in a resume as potential
employers must not take these into consideration.)
