Sort views alphabetically

Bug description:
Views are currently sorted alphabetically only in a user's "My Views"
overview page. However not on their profile page where other users can
see them. Also groups don't have an alphabetical listing (cf.
http://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=2157#post10749 ).
Essentially, this wishlist item / bug is for ordering any view or
collection alphabetically wherever there is a listing of them.
