This is the case because somebody could have renamed that block to
something else. Thus, the original title remains in place. The same goes
for blogs (now journals), cf. bug #713533.

The Pages block on the Group Homepages in 1.4 is labelled "Views"
instead of Pages, if the Groups were originally created in a prior
version of the software.
