Bug description:
Version: 1.2.5
My Files' Quota doesn't work when I use two different browsers in the same
time.
Even if I upload in a browser and fill up my quota, still I can upload more
files by using the other.
I think that per-user recalculate_quota() is necessary whenever
uploads.
