Adding a milestone because every "fix committed" bug needs to specify
which release it will be a part of. Otherwise, it'll stay "fix
committed" forever and we'll never change it back to "fix released" :)

Put "Forgot password" link also on log in page off a page

Bug description:
At present the 'forgot password' link/functionality is not available
when a user clicks on a page for which he needs a login
(http://siteURL/view/view.php?id=ID&login). It does appear on on the
homepage though.
The "Forgot password" link should also appear on the login screen off
a page.
