I checked... and yes the HTML editor is enabled, but does not work in my version of Firefox 4.0, or now 5.0 (Windows or Mac). The html editor does appear and work in my Safari browser (Mac) and IE 9 (Windows).

Inserting a new text box in a Page (view) does not save properly, stalls on "Processing...", and when you try to insert an image into a Page view it is not visible. The rich text editor is also not visible in any text boxs for Firefox 4.0 and 5.0. This is on a Windows 7 machine.
