commit 54ce2b14086a9ff3c91a5ceca7cddfbb4a8bd683 Author: Richard Mansfield <[email protected]> Date: Wed Aug 10 10:53:55 2011 +1200 Make site admins search all users by default (bug #823593) When institution members go to 'Find friends', the drop-down defaults to filter by the user's institutions. This patch changes the default behaviour for site admins who are also in an institution from 'My institutions' to 'Everyone'. However, the site admin most often needs to search everybody. Therefore, it would be good if the institution search setting were ignored. I would not propose that for institution admins as they are administering people in their institution and thus should find those at the first go.
