Bulk upload of files

Bug description:
It would be useful to be able to upload multiple files at the same
time.
I'm currently attempting to migrate files from a different system into
several users' profiles, and backend seems fiendish as I don't
understand the folder structure of artefacts, sql seems complex having
to populate various tables, and there's only a single file upload
option web-side.
