Title: Windows does not support the Date format %e, Code practice should always use %#d Status in Mahara ePortfolio: Confirmed Bug description: This is a follow on from https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/671456 which was fixed. The code practice should be modified to ensure %e is fixed for windows systems. From now on I am suggesting %#d be used instead.
