Education and employment history description field lacks editor

Bug description:
Hi all,
I was populating my employment history and education history in my Mahara
1.4.0 resume today, when I came to the description field I couldn't format the
descriptions.
These descriptions often need bullet points etc, and at the bare minimum a
way to add carriage returns to separate paras.
Any browser/os. Mahara 1.4.0
