Help for Notifications doesn't match available options

Bug description:
Mahara 1.4:
For example, the possible options include 'Inbox' which is not
mentioned in the help screen (question mark next to Notifications
header). Also, the help mentions an option 'Activity log' which does
not appear as an actual option anywhere.
