Public bug reported:

Hi, we have an Occupational Therapy lecturer sending students out on placement
in January. We would like to know if Mahara supports a way to import the
competencies so that students can match artifacts and experience against them –
link artifacts to them easily- some how. The only way we think we can do it is
using the Tag system.
But the competencies are quite wordy to be used for tags.

Does anyone know if Mahara will have a facility to import competency
matrices that students can align artifacts with like they can do with
tags for competency & skills assessment?

Concord eportfolio has something called a "Competency and Skills Assessment
Matrix"
Thanks.
