When an mnet session expires, it incorrectly tries to jump back

Bug description:
in the logout function for xmlrpc, it redirects to jumpurl when the
session is timed out (and there is a comment just below that says
"Anything else is a session timeout").
This behavious isn't what would be expected, and causes the AJAX login
form to not show.
