 Both IE and NS put the bookmark in the folder if you drop it on a folder,
but after the existing bookmark if you drop it on the bookmark. Of course.
neither of them is as flexible as Mahogany which explains why it can work
so simply there :->

 Seriously, though, there should be a way to drop a folder at the same
level. This is a fundamental requirment and the only idea I have so far to
satisfy it is to show a dialog asking the user what to do. Of course, there
would be some explanations about this in the dialog and it should also
mention that holding down Ctrl (for example) when dropping forces "drop
under" while holding down Alt (for example) forces "drop near". This dialog
should also be disablable which would give the user a possibility to choose
the default behaviour.

 Any better (or simply other) ideas?
