Hello, I think we should remove the "novice"/"advanced" user modes as it's hardly useful now. I'll keep the folder creation wizard as a separate menu command (so eliminating the IsNovice() check there) but leave all the other code as is except that the user level will be advanced by default and there will be no more GUI controls to change it in the options dialog.
Any objections?
