Hello, As the new version of cclient seems to support TLS out of the box, I've added support for it in the GUI as well. This turned out to be less trivial than I thought because I had to change a boolean SSL setting to a choice between 4 possibilities: don't use SSL nor TLS, use SSL, use TLS and fail if it's unavailable and use TLS if it's available but don't complain if it's not. At least this was the best I could find, please let me know if you see anything wrong with this or if you have any other ideas.
As the config had to be changed in backwards incompatible way, I've also bumped up the version number and so this should become 0.65 release some time soon (no promises however). Please test the TLS support if you can as I did only very limited testing (but I will probably install exim with TLS support here a bit later). Also, as the version changed and the config is going to be updated when you run M for the next time, it could be a good idea to backup your current config (export the registry key under Windows or copy ~/.M/config under Unix). Of course, if you actually do have problems with updating, *please* let me know about them as this is not something I risk to discover myself. Thanks! VZ P.S. Ah, yes: it should compile now ;-) ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Etnus, makers of TotalView, The debugger for complex code.
